The annual Small Business Goaling Report is generated by taking a snap-shot of data from the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) on a certain date. FPDS is a dynamic database, and agencies can change historical information if the details of a contract have changed. The contracts data in this dashboard reflects data downloaded from FPDS as of -.
